Your responsibilities will include preparing and finalizing standalone and consolidated financial statements under various accounting standards. You'll lead statutory, internal, and tax audits, acting as the main point of contact for auditors. Strengthening internal financial controls and identifying process gaps will be key. You will also prepare monthly MIS reports, develop management dashboards, and oversee general ledger processes. A significant part of the role involves managing multi-entity accounting across India and the US, including intercompany transactions and FX consolidation, as well as owning revenue recognition for subscriptions and related items.

We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience, demonstrating strong expertise in financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audits, and R2R processes. A solid technical understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and the Companies Act is essential. Experience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation, coupled with a strong grasp of internal financial controls and risk management, is required. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills are vital. The ability to lead teams and deliver results in a dynamic setting is also a must.
