Prepare and finalize standalone and consolidated financial statements adhering to Ind AS, US GAAP, and IFRS standards. Drive the month-end close process to meet timelines and enhance efficiency. Lead statutory, internal, tax, and regulatory audits, acting as the primary liaison with auditors. Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with all audit and regulatory mandates.

Identify and rectify process gaps, assess risks, and implement necessary corrective actions. Generate monthly MIS reports, including P&L, balance sheets, variance analysis, and key performance indicators. Develop and maintain management dashboards, segment reporting, and cost center analyses. Track departmental performance and cost optimization initiatives.

Oversee general ledger processes for accurate accounting and reporting. Conduct thorough balance sheet reviews and reconciliations. Manage revenue recognition for subscriptions and related transactions, including deferred revenue. Handle multi-entity accounting for US and India operations, encompassing intercompany transactions and FX consolidation. Collaborate with external advisors on tax filings and statutory requirements. Implement automation and process improvements within MIS and record-to-report functions. Perform analytical reviews of financial results to derive actionable insights.

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant with 5-7 years of post-qualification experience in financial reporting, consolidation, MIS, audits, and record-to-report processes. A strong technical understanding of Ind AS, IFRS, US GAAP, and the Companies Act is essential. Proven experience in multi-entity accounting and financial consolidation, along with a solid grasp of internal financial controls, risk management, and corporate governance, is required.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling capabilities are a must. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across business functions, are vital. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership potential, the capacity to manage multiple priorities, and a track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred qualifications include experience in SaaS, consumer subscription, or high-growth technology companies, exposure to usage-based or credit-based pricing models, and experience supporting fundraising or managing cross-border entities.
