Engage in critical Oracle Finance implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects. Translate client finance and accounting processes into effective Oracle ERP solutions, and configure Oracle Finance modules to precisely meet business needs. Develop comprehensive functional specifications, business process documentation, detailed test scripts, and user manuals.

Provide robust support during System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including data validation and swift issue resolution. Analyze business requirements to propose strategic process improvements aligned with Oracle best practices. Collaborate effectively with technical consultants, project managers, and business stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring continuous learning of Oracle Cloud applications and industry advancements.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates with 0–1 year of experience, possessing a strong aptitude for finance and technology. While specific module experience is not required initially, candidates will receive comprehensive training in Oracle Finance modules such as General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), Expense Management, Tax Management, Financial Reporting & Period Close, and Budgeting.

An awareness or practical exposure to AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, or Claude is highly desirable. Familiarity with AI-assisted productivity tools for documentation, analysis, and presentations, along with prompt engineering fundamentals, is a plus. Candidates should also understand AI-assisted data analysis, financial reporting, and possess knowledge of Responsible AI, data privacy, and ethical AI practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel with AI features or similar analytics tools, and the ability to leverage AI for business process analysis and finance operations, are key advantages.
