Key responsibilities include strategizing budget preparation in close collaboration with Global Delivery Center (GDC) CFOs. You will conduct monthly P&L analysis for all GDCs, review business trends, and manage monthly reviews and forecast updates. Ensuring GDC closing and reporting timelines are met is crucial. You will also work with CFOs on process transformation across GDCs, focusing on productivity improvements, and develop insightful business analytics for GDC reporting to Group CFO/COO.

Ideal candidates possess strong skills in Controlling, Forecasting, Reporting, Data Insights, Analytics, and effective Storytelling for monthly reviews. Experience in finance or process transformation is advantageous. Familiarity with BI, SAP, or Oracle ERP systems is beneficial. Qualifications required are CA or ICWA with relevant experience. This is a permanent position based in Mumbai.
