As a valued member of the Finance team, you will be instrumental in delivering precise financial insights. Your contributions will support critical management decisions and ensure steadfast compliance with accounting principles, fostering a robust financial environment.

Key responsibilities include conducting detailed variance analysis for actuals versus forecast and budget, challenging figures when necessary. You will prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements and KPI summaries, identifying trends for actionable insights. The role also involves applying accrual-based accounting principles, ensuring accurate revenue recognition per company policies and standards. Additionally, you'll support system data uploads, validate data integrity, and utilize GFS and HFM functionalities for financial consolidation and reporting. Preparing management dashboards and leading discussions on their insights is also a core aspect of this position.

We are seeking a professional with a strong educational background in Finance or Accounting, with CA, CMA, or MBA Finance qualifications being highly preferred. A proven track record in financial reporting, variance analysis, and P&L management is essential. Hands-on experience with accrual accounting and revenue recognition principles is required.

Proficiency in financial consolidation tools like GFS and HFM, coupled with advanced Excel skills and familiarity with MIS reporting, is crucial. Strong analytical abilities to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights are expected. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills will be vital for effective collaboration with business leaders. A high degree of accuracy in financial reporting and compliance is paramount for success in this role.
