Key responsibilities include performing detailed variance analysis (actuals vs. forecast/budget) and challenging variances. You will prepare monthly P&L statements and KPI summaries, analyzing trends for actionable insights. The role also involves applying accrual-based accounting principles, ensuring accurate revenue recognition in line with company policies, and assisting with data uploads and integrity validation within GFS and HFM systems. Preparing management dashboards and leading discussions on insights is also a significant part of this position.

Candidates should have 6-15 years of relevant FP&A experience. A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required, with CA, CMA, or MBA Finance being preferred. Strong experience in financial reporting, variance analysis, and P&L management is essential, alongside hands-on knowledge of accrual accounting and revenue recognition. Proficiency in GFS and HFM (or similar tools), advanced Excel skills, and experience with MIS reporting and dashboards are necessary. Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, coupled with a high degree of accuracy, are vital for success.
