Seeking a dedicated Finance & Accounting Senior Associate to join our team. This role focuses on ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of employee travel reimbursements and expense reports.

We are looking for an individual with 1-3 years of experience in travel and expense processes, particularly in AP/Expense reimbursement roles. Prior experience with Concur and multiple ERP systems like SAP is highly desirable, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Key responsibilities include accurately processing employee travel reimbursements in Concur, reviewing and approving expense reports, and ensuring no reports are held without proper justification.

The role involves collaborating with employees, Finance, and HR to resolve discrepancies, verifying expenses against company policies, and identifying process improvement opportunities.

Additional duties encompass participating in calls, conducting audits, ensuring control adherence, educating end-users, preparing monthly reports and dashboards, and assisting with audit requirements. You will also reconcile financial information and report non-compliance issues.

Essential qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in Travel and Expense processes.

Prior hands-on experience in AP/Expense reimbursement roles and knowledge of Concur and ERP systems like SAP are crucial.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel and MS Word, is required. Strong verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving abilities and a commitment to task completion, are essential.
