Process employee travel reimbursements accurately using the Concur system. Review and approve expense reports, ensuring no items are held on hold or aged without valid reasons. Collaborate with employees, Finance, and HR to resolve discrepancies and disputes efficiently. Verify that all expenses comply with company policies, standards, and service level agreements (SLAs). Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement to reduce cycle times. Participate in regular calls, conduct audits as needed, and ensure all scheduled meetings are attended. Adhere to control checks to minimize and eliminate errors. Educate end-users on travel and expense processes and provide assistance. Prepare monthly reports and dashboards for management review. Support audit requirements by providing accurate data and documentation. Perform backup duties for team members to ensure seamless operations. Reconcile financial information, files, and records for accuracy and availability. Report any non-compliance issues to management for timely resolution.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required. Must possess 1 to 3 years of experience specifically in the Travel and Expense process. Prior experience in Accounts Payable (AP) or expense reimbursement roles is essential. Hands-on experience with expense reimbursement procedures is a must. Familiarity with Concur and multiple ERP systems like SAP is highly desirable. Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Word, is necessary. Strong verbal and written communication skills are vital for effective collaboration and reporting. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a commitment to task completion are expected.
