This role is based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, and offers a hybrid work model. As a Senior Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our network infrastructure.

As a Field Tech Senior Associate, you will be instrumental in configuring and installing a variety of network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, and implementing VPNs and QoS.

Your duties will extend to monitoring network performance, ensuring system availability and reliability, and tracking system resource utilization for trending and capacity planning. You will leverage strong technical troubleshooting skills to resolve issues effectively and liaise with vendors and regional teams for prompt problem resolution.

Maintaining timely updates for all stakeholders regarding pendency, ongoing, and critical issues is essential. Adherence to defined processes and policies to meet Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and deadlines is expected, along with following the escalation matrix as needed. A key aspect of this role is the ability to learn and adapt to new technologies to ensure efficient deliverables.

A Bachelor's degree from an authorized university is required for this position. Candidates must possess CCNA & CCNP or higher certifications, such as CCIE Data Centre Infra.

Experience requirements range from a minimum of 2 years for L1 positions to 3-4 years for L2 positions. Strong written and spoken English communication skills are essential. A fundamental understanding of the ITIL Framework, including Change, Problem, and Incident Management, is a mandatory requirement.

Knowledge of ticketing tools, preferably ServiceNow, is advantageous. The role requires a willingness to work in rotational shifts within a 24x7 environment, and occasional travel, including overnight domestic travel, may be necessary.
