Key responsibilities include coordinating with vendors for equipment issues, managing Town Hall AV setups, and ensuring seamless Zoom meeting experiences across various devices. Daily health checks for meeting room devices and proactive support for conferencing events are also integral parts of this position.

We are looking for candidates with 2-4 years of experience in audio-video support. A strong grasp of audio-visual technologies, hardware, software, and networking is essential. Proficiency in troubleshooting, a foundational understanding of the ITIL framework, and experience with ITSM tools like Service Now or Remedy are required. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary, along with the ability to perform physical office duties and adapt to fast-paced environments. Rotational shifts and potential overnight domestic travel are part of the role.
