The Field Tech Associate role focuses on essential troubleshooting and support for end-user computing environments. This position plays a key part in maintaining seamless IT operations for our clients.

As a Field Tech Associate, you will provide crucial support to end-users as part of the EUC Team, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Critical Success Factors (CSFs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Your daily tasks will involve incident resolution and request fulfillment, guided by ITIL best practices. You'll also handle IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) requests for various IT equipment, ensuring workstations and peripherals are correctly set up and maintained across different locations. Continuous learning of new technologies will be essential to meet evolving business needs.

We are looking for candidates with 1-3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, or Asset Management. Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, Office suite, Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) software, and end-user hardware are essential. A foundational understanding of the ITIL Framework is required, along with experience using ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary. The role requires the ability to perform general office tasks and essential responsibilities with or without accommodations. Flexibility for rotational 24x7 shifts and potential domestic travel, including overnight stays, is also a requirement.
