As a Field Tech Associate, you will be a vital part of the EUC Team, offering essential support to end-users within client environments. Your work will be measured against defined SLAs, CSFs, and KPIs, focusing on daily incident resolution and request fulfillment aligned with the ITIL Framework. You will also be involved in IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) activities for various IT equipment and peripherals. Continuous learning of new technologies is encouraged to meet business demands.

This role requires 1 to 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, and Asset Management. Essential skills include strong troubleshooting abilities for Windows, Office, COTS, and end-user hardware, along with a fundamental understanding of the ITIL Framework. Familiarity with ITSM tools like Service Now or Remedy is preferred. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are necessary. The position involves general office duties, performing essential responsibilities with or without accommodation, willingness to work rotational shifts (24x7), and potential for domestic travel.
