As a Field Tech Associate, you will be integral to daily operations, focusing on incident resolution and request fulfillment aligned with the ITIL Framework. Your responsibilities will include managing IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) tasks for various IT equipment, such as desktops, laptops, monitors, and printers. You will also be expected to adapt and learn new technologies as business requirements evolve, ensuring you remain at the forefront of IT advancements.

We are seeking candidates with 1 to 3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, and Asset Management. A strong foundation in troubleshooting Windows, Office applications, COTS products, and end-user hardware is essential. Basic knowledge of the ITIL Framework and experience with ITSM tools like ServiceNow or Remedy are required. Excellent written and spoken English communication skills are a must. The role also involves physical requirements for general office tasks and a willingness to work rotational 24x7 shifts, potentially including overnight domestic travel.
