Act as a key contributor to the End User Computing (EUC) team, delivering support to end-users in client settings.
Your work will be evaluated against service level agreements (SLAs), critical success factors (CSFs), and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Engage in daily incident resolution and request fulfillment, adhering to the ITIL framework.
Participate in IMAC activities, including the installation, movement, addition, and change of desktops, laptops, monitors, printers, and other IT equipment.
Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies as business requirements evolve.
A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in End User Computing, IT Support, and Asset Management is essential.
Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows, Office, COTS, and end-user hardware is required.
A foundational understanding of the ITIL framework is a prerequisite.
Prior experience with ITSM tools such as Service Now or Remedy is beneficial.
Strong written and spoken English communication skills are necessary.
Ability to perform general office tasks and essential job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodations.
Flexibility to work rotational shifts, including 24x7 coverage, is required. Travel, potentially including overnight domestic trips, may be necessary.
