Join our team as a Field Tech Analyst, a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our data center infrastructure. You will be instrumental in device installation, configuration, and ongoing support.

Prepare rack elevations for new device installations, ensuring meticulous planning and execution.
Manage device inventory comprehensively for the data center, including movement, redeployment, and disposal of end-of-life assets.
Provide hands-on experience configuring and installing various network devices and services such as routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPNs, and QoS.
Utilize monitoring, network diagnostic, and analytics tools effectively for proactive issue resolution.
Coordinate with vendors and OEMs for network and server equipment, as well as for network and fiber cabling in tech rooms.
Oversee hardware failures trend analysis and review hardware uptime reports. Understand LTO media, tape libraries, and backup/restore processes.
A Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university is required for this role.
Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience for L1 positions or 3-5 years for L2 positions. Relevant server certifications are considered an advantage.
Demonstrate strong technical troubleshooting skills and a solid understanding of the OSI or TCP/IP model along with routing protocols.
A fundamental grasp of the ITIL Framework, including SLA, Change, Problem, and Incident Management, is essential.
Good written and verbal communication skills are a must. Willingness to work in a 24/7 rotational shift environment is required. Occasional travel, including overnight domestic trips, may be necessary.
