A minimum of five years' experience in developing technical teams across diverse geographical locations is essential. Proven experience of at least two years in leading information technology operations management teams is required.

A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent professional or military experience of four years. A solid understanding of Linux or Unix systems administration is also a key requirement.
