At Capgemini, we empower you to shape your career path within a supportive, collaborative community. We inspire innovation and encourage you to reimagine possibilities. Join us to help leading renewable energy organizations unlock technological value and drive scalable, sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive Finite Element Analysis (FEA) on wind turbine structures and components using ANSYS Workbench.

Execute a range of analyses, including static (linear and non-linear), dynamic, modal, and vibration simulations.

Conduct fatigue assessments (HCF & LCF) and contribute to structural durability evaluations.

Develop and maintain parametric FE models, automating post-processing with scripting tools like Python.

Support design optimization efforts to enhance performance, reduce weight, and minimize costs.

Generate detailed technical reports for internal teams and certification bodies (e.g., DNV, TÜV).

Collaborate effectively with global, cross-functional teams to ensure project success and mitigate technical risks.

Qualifications

Possess a BE or Master's degree in Mechanical or Structural Engineering.

Demonstrate strong technical expertise in FEA and simulation, with mandatory proficiency in ANSYS Workbench.

Have hands-on experience with Python for scripting and automation.

Experience with ANSYS APDL/Classic, SpaceClaim, or Design Modeler is beneficial.

Familiarity with various analysis types including linear & nonlinear static, buckling, dynamic, random vibration (PSD), transient, and thermal analyses.
