Monitor the global data center Amazon facilities infrastructure platform. Serve as a Point of Contact for internal and external teams. Assist in developing communication and escalation protocols to enhance team performance. Contribute to outage post-mortem analysis and ensure timely record updates. Coordinate and communicate effectively during emergency recovery efforts and aid in developing performance-enhancing tools. Support a 24x7 environment in India, which includes potential weekend and holiday shifts.

Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in a data center or critical environment, with specific experience in data center engineering or operations. Demonstrate experience in operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission-critical plants, or production facilities. Understand data center IT and facilities infrastructure and their coexistence. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent is preferred. Familiarity with mission-critical systems in environments like hospitals, military facilities, or public safety facilities is a plus.
