As a Facility Operations Center Engineer, you will monitor global data center facilities, acting as a key point of contact for internal and external teams. You'll assist in developing crucial communication and escalation protocols to enhance team performance.

Your contributions will include supporting outage post-mortem analyses and ensuring timely record updates. You will also play a vital role in coordinating and communicating during emergency recovery efforts and aiding in the development of performance-enhancing tools.

This position requires the ability to support a 24x7 operational environment, which may include weekend and holiday shifts. Your efforts will directly contribute to the availability and reliability of critical infrastructure.

A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in data center or critical environment operations is required. Candidates must possess experience in data center engineering or operations, including on-call support for facilities, mission-critical plants, or production environments.

Proficiency in understanding both data center IT infrastructure and facilities infrastructure, and their interdependencies, is essential. The ability to think creatively and provide assistance and support to onsite teams is also a key requirement.

A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred, alongside 3+ years of facilities management experience and knowledge of mission-critical systems. The role involves working in Mumbai, India.
