Monitor the global data center Amazon facilities infrastructure platform in India. Serve as a key Point of Contact for both internal and external teams. Assist in developing communication and escalation protocols to enhance team performance. Contribute to outage post-mortem analysis and ensure timely record updates. Coordinate and communicate effectively during emergency recovery efforts. Support the development of tools aimed at improving team efficiency. Be prepared to support a 24x7 operational environment, including weekends and holidays.

Requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a data center or critical environment. Demonstrated experience in data center engineering or operations is essential. Proven ability in operations and on-call support for data center facilities, mission-critical plants, or production facilities. Familiarity with large-scale data center operations and a demonstrated ability to think innovatively. Experience with data center IT and Facilities infrastructure, understanding their coexistence. Ability to align Facility Operations Center objectives with broader business and peer organization goals. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or an equivalent qualification is preferred.
