Ensure timely record updates and support coordination and communication during emergency recovery efforts. Help develop tools to improve team efficiency and provide support for a 24x7 operational environment, including potential weekend and holiday shifts.

A foundation in data center IT and Facilities infrastructure, understanding how they interact, is essential. The role requires providing support to the onsite team in India, ensuring service level objectives for availability and reliability are met or exceeded.

Demonstrated ability to think critically and creatively within a large-scale data center environment is crucial. You will play a vital role in aligning the Facility Operations Center with broader business objectives and contributing to the team's operational excellence in India.
