Oversee and direct facilities operations across India, ensuring optimal team performance, strategic manpower planning, and the execution of daily activities. Champion sustainability initiatives and develop robust business resilience programs tailored for our India sites. A key focus will be on designing effective workspaces and ensuring comprehensive compliance management across all operations.

Manage and maintain all office facilities and infrastructure for India sites, ensuring strict adherence to safety, regulatory, and legal standards. Cultivate strong relationships with FM vendors, coordinate seamlessly with procurement, legal, compliance, and finance departments, and provide essential logistical and administrative support.

Develop and monitor key performance metrics and dashboards to track progress and identify areas for enhancement. Optimize transport services to elevate employee convenience and safety across all India locations. Build and nurture strong connections with senior management, cross-functional teams, and external partners.

A minimum of 12-14 years of progressive experience in multi-location facilities management, ideally within IT & ITES organizations, is essential. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical) coupled with an MBA from a reputable university is required.

Exceptional leadership capabilities, strong financial acumen, effective negotiation, and budgeting skills are crucial. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving abilities with meticulous attention to detail, coupled with familiarity in contemporary facilities management technologies and digital transformation trends. Proven experience in building and managing high-performing teams is a must.

Demonstrated experience in constructing or managing at least 5-70k sqft of office space, including interiors, MEP design, and execution, is required. Coordination of civil construction projects or hands-on experience is necessary. Experience with interior redesign for existing office spaces and familiarity with SEZ and STPI compliances are also key requirements. The role demands punctuality, discipline, and a proactive approach to daily operations and project management.
