Lead high-impact client engagements in Transactions initiatives, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. Advise clients on optimizing finance and accounting processes to enhance deal value and drive automation. Spearhead business development efforts, including service offering innovation and proposal development.

Manage engagement financials, staffing, and project timelines effectively. Cultivate strong relationships within EY's national and global FAAS practice and across service lines. Foster an environment of innovation, implementing new work methods and technological advancements to deliver superior results.

A distinguished professional with a strong background in IFRS and US GAAP, and deep expertise in IPO readiness, acquisitions, and divestitures. Proven ability to lead complex projects, from assessment to implementation, coupled with exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills is essential.

We seek candidates with significant consulting experience, preferably from a Big 4 or top-tier firm, or equivalent industry leadership. Essential qualifications include Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK), with 10-13 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, including 5 years in Financial Accounting and Advisory. Strong spoken and written English proficiency is a must.
