Lead high-impact client engagements for transaction initiatives, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. Advise clients on financial accounting processes, offering solutions for deal value enhancement, efficiency improvements, automation, and process re-engineering. Drive business development by creating service offerings, responding to RFPs, and participating in presentations. Stay updated on market trends and regulatory changes. Manage engagement finances, staffing, and project leadership. Foster innovation within the team and implement new working methods and technologies. Additionally, prioritize team development through coaching and mentoring, cultivate an inclusive work environment, and conduct performance reviews.

Possess a Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (US), or ACCA (UK) qualification with 10-13 years of post-qualification experience in Assurance, including 5 years in Financial Accounting and Advisory. Demonstrated technical accounting expertise in IFRS and US GAAP, with in-depth knowledge of IPO readiness, acquisition/divestiture integration, and financial statement close processes. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential. Prior experience with a Big 4 or top-tier consulting firm is advantageous, as is exposure to AI, data analytics, and visualization tools.
