While based in a global EY GDS location, you will collaborate with onshore teams and senior stakeholders, potentially undertaking international travel for client assignments.

Lead client engagements focused on transaction initiatives, including IPOs, acquisitions, and divestitures. Advise clients on optimizing finance and accounting processes to enhance deal value, improve efficiency, and implement automation. Drive business development efforts, including service offering expansion, proposal creation, and responding to RFPs.

Stay abreast of market changes and regulatory developments impacting clients. Provide subject matter expertise in Transactions services and participate in go-to-market activities. Manage engagement financials, staffing, and project leader communications. Cultivate strong relationships within EY's FAAS practice and across service lines. Champion innovation by fostering an environment that encourages new ways of working and technological advancements.

This role requires a seasoned professional with deep expertise in FAAS solutions, particularly in transactions and technical accounting governance. A proven track record in leading complex, high-impact client engagements is essential. You must possess strong technical accounting knowledge in IFRS and US GAAP, with in-depth understanding of IPO readiness, acquisition and disposal integration, and financial statement close processes.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills are paramount, enabling critical thinking and creative solutions. Experience leading full-lifecycle program assessments, designs, and implementation support is necessary.
