This position involves supporting daily cash position tracking across various bank accounts and geographies, assisting with short-term cash flow forecasting and liquidity analysis, and monitoring client inflows and outflows. Key duties include executing domestic and international payments, ensuring timely transaction processing, managing bank account activities, and maintaining treasury system data accuracy. You will also prepare periodic cash flow forecasts, track variances, generate standard treasury reports, and support working capital analysis. Coordination with banking partners and internal teams, along with escalating operational issues, is also part of the role.

Candidates should possess a CA or a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with 1-3 years of experience in treasury, cash operations, or finance. Experience within consulting or multinational environments is preferred. A fundamental understanding of treasury processes and banking systems is required, along with working experience in at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS). Essential attributes include strong execution focus, analytical and problem-solving skills, proficiency in Excel, and effective communication abilities. A keen attention to detail and a strong control mindset are also crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
