Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team provides expert support for accounting changes, regulatory matters, and robust internal controls. As a SOX professional, you'll be instrumental in guiding clients through complex financial processes and ensuring compliance.

In this senior role, you will lead SOX and IFC design, walkthroughs, and implementation, conducting thorough business process reviews and creating essential documentation like flowcharts and Risk and Control Matrices (RCMs). You will perform risk assessments, identify key accounts, and prepare detailed SOX documentation including narratives and RACMs. Your expertise will be crucial in testing the design and operating effectiveness of controls, recommending improvements, and leading SOX compliance phases from walkthroughs to reporting. You will also support audit planning, execution, and reporting, effectively communicating control deficiencies and remediation plans. This role involves significant decision-making, process optimization, and team oversight to ensure successful task execution and resource management.

To excel in this position, you should hold a CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. We require 2–7 years of hands-on experience in SOX/IFC implementation, including proficiency in RACM, control testing, and remediation strategies. A strong understanding of the COSO framework and PCAOB requirements is essential, alongside knowledge of financial statements (Indian/US GAAP). Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are paramount. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and MS Office tools is necessary. Experience working with international clients and prior roles within multinational consulting firms or Big4 organizations are highly preferred.
