As a Senior Manager, you will be instrumental in driving SAP finance platform implementations within Record to Report (R2R) areas. This involves utilizing deep techno-functional expertise to guide clients through financial transformations. You'll provide subject matter expertise, lead delivery teams on SAP-driven R2R transformations, and ensure the successful implementation of solutions across various process areas including revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, and financial statement preparation.

Your role will also encompass business development and solution innovation. You will lead pursuit teams, conceptualize and develop client-specific solutions, and contribute to proposal development. Collaborating across service lines and with market teams will be crucial for driving business growth. Furthermore, you will lead internal capability development initiatives, conduct training, and directly manage teams, focusing on developing talent through coaching and career path discussions to ensure engagement and growth within the practice.

To excel in this role, you should possess 10-15 years of relevant consulting experience, specifically in Record to Report (R2R) transformation, not merely industry user experience. A strong foundation in the end-to-end techno-functional aspects of the SAP finance platform is essential, including SAP FI, CO, COPA, Closing Cockpit, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, and integration with SAP MM, SD, and PP. Experience with SAP ECC FI/CO or SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA/Central Finance, including certifications or equivalent end-to-end implementation experience, is required.

Proficiency in integrating SAP finance platforms with AI-based technologies, including hands-on experience designing AI solutions for R2R processes, is highly desirable. You must have intensive knowledge of consolidation processes and leading consolidation tools like SAP Group Reporting and SAP BPC. Familiarity with SAP Accrual Engine and SAP RAR is also important. Business acumen is critical, including strong business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities are paramount for leading diverse teams and navigating complex challenges. Willingness to travel is also a key requirement.
