As a Senior FAAS professional, you will lead SOX and IFC implementation, including design, walkthroughs, and testing. Your responsibilities will encompass performing business process reviews, creating flowcharts and Risk Control Matrices (RCMs), and conducting risk assessments. You will prepare comprehensive SOX documentation, test control effectiveness, and propose improvements. Leading SOX compliance phases, supporting audit planning, and communicating control deficiencies are key aspects of this role.

You will also be responsible for decision-making, process optimization, resource management, and team supervision. This includes allocating personnel, assigning tasks, ensuring teams have necessary support, and evaluating performance to meet organizational goals. Furthermore, you will contribute to business development by leading pursuit teams, developing client-specific solutions, and assisting with proposal development.

To excel in this role, you should possess a CA, CPA, or ACCA qualification with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, or 2–7 years of experience specifically in SOX/IFC implementation. A strong understanding of RACM, control testing, remediation, the COSO framework, and PCAOB requirements is essential. Familiarity with financial statements (Indian/US GAAP) and proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and other MS Office tools are required.

Exceptional communication, analytical, and teamwork skills are vital. Experience working with international clients and previous exposure to multinational consulting firms or Big 4 firms are preferred. The role demands strong business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills, alongside excellent human skills such as flexible work attitude, ability to lead diverse teams, strong collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. Comfort in dealing with ambiguity and performing effectively under pressure are also crucial.
