Our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team provides critical support in accounting, regulatory matters, and the enhancement of accounting processes and controls.

As a SOX professional, you will lead critical projects involving SOX implementation, documentation, control testing, and internal control evaluation to ensure financial reporting reliability and operational efficiency. You will execute SOX and IFC designs, conduct process reviews, and develop RCMs. Responsibilities include performing risk assessments, identifying key accounts, and preparing detailed SOX documentation. Testing control design and operating effectiveness, suggesting improvements, and leading SOX compliance phases are key. You will also support audit planning and reporting, communicate control deficiencies, and oversee team performance and resource allocation for task execution.

We seek qualified CA/CPA/ACCA professionals with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and 2–7 years specifically in SOX/IFC implementation. A strong understanding of the COSO framework and PCAOB requirements, along with proficiency in RACM, control testing, and remediation, is essential. Familiarity with financial statements (Indian/US GAAP) and excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills are required. Proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and MS Office tools is necessary. Experience with international clients and previous roles in multinational consulting or Big4 firms are preferred.
