Join our Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team as a Senior SOX professional. This role focuses on control and compliance, providing expert advisory services in accounting, regulatory support, and process optimization. You will be instrumental in driving impactful projects and shaping the future of our client's financial operations.

As a SOX professional, you will be responsible for the end-to-end execution of SOX and Internal Financial Control (IFC) processes. This includes designing and documenting controls, conducting business process reviews, performing risk assessments, and testing control effectiveness. You will lead SOX compliance initiatives, manage audit planning and execution, and ensure clear communication of findings and remediation plans.

Key responsibilities also extend to leading project teams, developing client-specific solutions, and contributing to business development efforts. You will mentor and supervise team members, optimize resource allocation, and drive operational initiatives within the practice. This role demands strong decision-making capabilities and a commitment to achieving organizational goals.

We are seeking a qualified CA, CPA, ACCA, or MBA with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, including 2–7 years specifically in SOX/IFC implementation. A strong understanding of the COSO framework and PCAOB requirements, along with experience in RACM, control testing, and remediation, is essential.

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio, and MS Office. Experience working with international clients or previous Big4/multinational consulting firms is preferred.
