Manage engagement delivery for Financial Accounting and Reporting, including GAAP conversions, ensuring timeliness and quality. Support SEC Form 10-Q/K filings, including financial statements, analysis, and disclosures, coordinating with auditors and internal teams. Prepare and analyze reporting data for 10-K/Q and subsidiary financial statements. Provide expert advice on accounting changes, such as IFRS adoption and revenue recognition, and assist in developing accounting policy manuals and technical memorandums. Understand and apply reporting requirements for allocated countries, with a focus on UK-based companies. Collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, business accounting teams, and internal partners to resolve issues. Conduct detailed reviews of work performed by team members and review metrics reporting. Ensure quality client service by directing fieldwork and reporting on engagement status to supervisors. Follow through on client requests promptly and manage expectations for deliverables. Demonstrate a strong understanding of accounting concepts and professional standards, applying them to complex client situations.

We are seeking experienced professionals with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in financial reporting. Essential qualifications include a CA, ACCA (UK), or CPA designation. Demonstrated expertise in IFRS or US GAAP, and UK GAAP is crucial for this role. Extensive experience is required in financial statement preparation and consolidation, GAAP conversions, and the adoption of new accounting standards. You should also be skilled in drafting accounting policies, writing technical memorandums, and providing technical accounting advisory on complex areas like business combinations, consolidation, and debt/equity.
