Our Global Delivery Services (GDS) team plays a crucial role in EY's growth strategy, supporting clients worldwide with diverse services. We are seeking professionals for our FAAS team with strong accounting knowledge under IFRS/US GAAP, expertise in period-end close, financial reporting, and treasury processes.

This role offers an opportunity to contribute to client success by providing innovative solutions and ensuring high-quality service delivery. You will be an integral part of a dynamic team focused on delivering exceptional client service and driving continuous improvement.

Take ownership of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. Support the development of project delivery tools and methodologies. Engage with client treasury personnel in meetings and interviews, developing practical solutions for their objectives. Ensure adherence to KPIs and SLAs while receiving direction from management. Maintain effective stakeholder coordination, perform variance reporting, and conduct analytical reviews. Create Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and training materials.

Utilize USGAAP/IFRS guidance for technical support, ensuring quality fieldwork and timely client request follow-ups. Support client relationship management and participate in proposal development. Drive the development of new service offerings and go-to-market strategies. Apply accounting concepts and professional standards to client situations, making decisions and optimizing processes. Oversee team tasks, allocate resources, and evaluate performance.

A strong understanding of IFRS, US GAAP, and UK GAAP is essential. Prior working experience is required in at least three of the following areas: Business unit/Entity reporting, Record to report, Technical accounting research and advisory, Consolidation and compilation support, Financial statement close process support, and Lease accounting. Comfort in researching client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations and industry practices, is crucial.

Experience with various ERP packages, such as SAP, is beneficial. A Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification is a plus. Experience within a large global corporate treasury department or consulting experience is highly valued. Familiarity with treasury areas like financial risk management, cash flow forecasting, and working capital management is important. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office is expected.
