EY's Financial Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) division, specifically the Finance Transformation Experts team, offers advisory services in accounting, regulatory support, and process optimization. We collaborate with regional stakeholders, utilizing global networks and proprietary frameworks to design and enhance client business processes for peak efficiency and performance.

Drive transformation within Record to Report (R2R) processes, leveraging deep techno-functional expertise. Focus on holistic process improvement rather than direct technology implementation.

Possess end-to-end techno-functional knowledge of R2R data structures and process flows across leading ERP solutions such as SAP FI, CO, COPA, Closing Cockpit, SAP BPC, SAP Group Reporting, and Oracle Fusion Financials. Areas include Revenue Recognition, Accruals, Intercompany reconciliation, Manual Journal Entries and automation, Asset Accounting, Chart of Accounts management, Account reconciliation, Sub-ledger accounting, Consolidation, financial statement preparation, and Cost Accounting.

Provide subject matter expertise and lead teams in R2R transformation initiatives. Gain hands-on experience designing AI solutions for R2R domains, particularly within the SAP platform. Understand consolidation processes and data structures within tools like SAP Group Reporting, SAP BPC, and Oracle FCCS.

Lead delivery teams or workstreams on large projects. Develop and implement AI/ML solutions for R2R areas. Actively engage in business development by understanding client needs, formulating solutions, leading proposal development, and fostering collaboration with market teams and cross-service lines.

Contribute to internal capability development through training and coaching. Lead operational initiatives within practice areas. Manage and mentor teams of 5-8 professionals, focusing on career development and engagement through coaching and guided training.

Seeking professionals with 7-10 years of consulting experience in Record to Report transformation, preferably with international clients or previous Big 4 firm experience.

Required technical skills include deep knowledge of R2R, Invoice to Pay, and Order to Cash processes. Proficiency in ERPs like SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance, or Oracle Netsuite is essential. Experience with digital finance solutions such as Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, and RPA tools is highly valued.

Demonstrate strong business acumen with excellent business development, solution conceptualization, and project management skills. Human skills are paramount, including exceptional written and oral communication, a flexible attitude, proven leadership of diverse teams, strong collaboration, quick comprehension of complexity, comfort with ambiguity, entrepreneurial spirit, problem-solving abilities, and resilience under stress.

Candidates should possess knowledge of AI/ML/Gen-AI and analytics solutions in finance, especially within R2R. Familiarity with consolidation, reporting, inter-company, and ERP data structures is necessary. Experience in current and future state analysis, process optimization, data analytics, and data management is expected.

Possess relevant certifications or sound experience in specified ERP and digital finance solutions. Willingness to travel on short notice for short or extended durations is required.
