We are seeking a FAAS Manager with expertise in Trade Operations and Collateral Management. This role is crucial in ensuring seamless financial operations and driving operational excellence for our clients.

As a FAAS Manager, you will lead end-to-end collateral management for OTC derivative portfolios, ensuring accurate exposure calculations and margin requirements. You will oversee collateral balances, movements, and settlement information, validating eligibility and adherence to agreement terms.

Key responsibilities include managing collateral call administration, driving process standardization and automation, and overseeing reconciliations and exception management across counterparties. You will also manage the escalation and resolution of collateral breaks and discrepancies, monitoring key performance indicators and reporting.

Furthermore, you will interpret Credit Support Annex (CSA) provisions, guide collateral onboarding, and maintain governance, procedures, and controls. This role involves managing collateral reports, dashboards, and establishing strong relationships with client management and global stakeholders, while supervising engagement execution, planning, budgeting, and resource management.

We are looking for candidates with 6-10 years of experience in Collateral Management, Treasury Operations, Derivatives Operations, Capital Markets Operations, or Risk Operations. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, along with a relevant professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, CFA, or ACCA, is required.

Candidates should possess experience supporting FX, derivatives, fixed income, or money market products. Essential skills include advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, with a strong understanding of data visualization and reconciliations. A solid grasp of collateral management, OTC derivative operations, and knowledge of IFRS/US GAAP and International Auditing Standards are critical.

Familiarity with ISDA and CSA documentation is necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills are paramount. The ability to effectively manage client inquiries, emerging issues, and understand regulations, industry practices, and new technologies is also key.
