As a Treasury Cash Operations Manager, you will oversee daily cash positions, manage short-term liquidity planning, and optimize cash utilization across multiple bank accounts and geographies. Key duties include managing the execution of domestic and international payments, supervising bank account administration, and ensuring the operational efficiency of treasury systems.

You will also be responsible for preparing rolling cash flow forecasts, monitoring variances, generating treasury reports for senior leadership, and providing insights to optimize working capital. Acting as the primary contact for banking partners, you'll negotiate banking fees and collaborate with internal teams to align cash requirements. A significant part of this role involves driving automation and digitization of treasury processes and supporting transformation initiatives in cash and liquidity management.

We are seeking candidates with a CA or a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, possessing 8-12 years of experience in treasury, cash operations, or corporate finance. Experience within consulting firms, professional services, or multinational environments is preferred. A strong understanding of cash management, banking systems, and financial controls is essential, along with working experience in at least one leading Treasury Management System (TMS).

Ideal candidates demonstrate expertise in cash forecasting and liquidity management, familiarity with systems like Kyriba, SAP Treasury, or Oracle, and possess excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. A high degree of attention to detail, risk awareness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-driven consulting setting are crucial. Strong analytical and financial modelling skills are also highly valued for this role.
