Lead record-to-report transformations by applying deep techno-functional knowledge, focusing on process optimization rather than technology implementation. Provide subject matter expertise in areas like Revenue Recognition, Accruals, Intercompany reconciliation, Manual Journal Entries, Asset Accounting, Chart of Accounts, Account Reconciliation, Sub-ledger accounting, Consolidation, Financial Statement preparation, and Cost Accounting.

Develop and present solutions for client problem statements, lead proposal building, and collaborate with market teams to secure new business. Drive collaboration across service lines and lead internal capability development through training and coaching.

Manage and develop teams of 5-8 professionals, fostering their growth through coaching, motivation, and career development conversations. Ensure team engagement and cultivate a positive, high-performing environment.

Hold a professional qualification such as CA, MBA (Finance) with a Commerce Background, CWA, CMA, CFA, or M.Com. Possess 7-10 years of relevant consulting experience in record-to-report transformation, with a preference for experience with international clients or Big4 firms.

Demonstrate deep techno-functional knowledge in leading ERP solutions (SAP FI/CO, Oracle Fusion Financial) and digital finance solutions (Blackline, Trintech). Expertise in AI/ML/Gen-AI and analytics within the finance space is highly valued.

Exhibit strong business development, solution conceptualization, project management, and human skills, including excellent communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and the ability to lead diverse teams. A flexible attitude and willingness to travel are essential.
