Lead end-to-end collateral management for OTC derivative portfolios across various asset classes. Oversee exposure calculations and validate margin requirements, ensuring compliance with client methodologies and agreements.

Review and challenge collateral balances, margin movements, and settlement details. Manage collateral eligibility, thresholds, and minimum transfer amounts. Administer collateral calls, including preparation, validation, and tracking.

Drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and implement automation initiatives. Oversee reconciliation and exception management across counterparties and internal records. Resolve collateral breaks, valuation differences, and aged exceptions.

Review and interpret Credit Support Annex (CSA) provisions. Lead collateral onboarding and operational readiness assessments. Maintain collateral governance, reference data, procedures, and controls.

Manage collateral management reports and dashboards. Monitor key risk indicators and service-level agreements. Establish and maintain strong relationships with client management and global stakeholders. Supervise engagement execution, planning, budgeting, and resource management.

A minimum of 6-10 years of experience in Collateral Management, Treasury Operations, Derivatives Operations, Capital Markets Operations, or Risk Operations is required.

Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, supplemented by professional education such as Chartered Accountant, CPA, CFA, or ACCA.

Demonstrate experience supporting FX, derivatives, fixed income, or money market products. Exhibit advanced Excel and Power BI skills, with a strong understanding of data analytics, visualization, and reconciliations.

Maintain a robust knowledge of collateral management and OTC derivative operations. Understand IFRS/US GAAP, International Auditing Standards, and financial instruments reporting. Familiarity with ISDA and CSA documentation is essential.

Possess strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and technical writing skills. Be comfortable overseeing client inquiries and emerging issues, including regulations, industry practices, and new technologies.
