Your key responsibilities will include assisting in the management of engagement delivery for Financial Accounting and Reporting, and GAAP conversions. You will support SEC Form 10-Q/K filings, including financial statements, disclosures, and collaboration with auditors and internal teams. The role involves preparing and analyzing reporting data, providing accounting advice on changes like IFRS adoption, and understanding country-specific reporting requirements, particularly for UK-based companies. You will also review team members' work, ensure quality client service, and apply accounting concepts to complex client situations.

To excel in this role, you should possess expert knowledge of IFRS, US GAAP, or UK GAAP. Extensive experience is required in financial statement preparation, consolidation, GAAP conversions, and the adoption of new accounting standards. Proficiency in drafting accounting policies, writing technical memorandums, and providing technical accounting advisory on complex topics such as business combinations and debt/equity is essential. Qualified candidates will hold a CA, ACCA (UK), or CPA designation and have 2-5 years of relevant experience.
