Lead comprehensive Capex lifecycle management, from planning and tracking to capitalization and reporting. Monitor capital expenditure against budgets, providing detailed variance analysis and actionable insights. Collaborate with FP&A to integrate Capex investments into forecasts and financial plans, and partner with Treasury for effective cash flow and liquidity management.

Ensure accurate asset creation, capitalization, and depreciation in SAP. Maintain stringent governance over Capex processes, adhering to accounting standards and internal controls. Analyze complex datasets to derive meaningful insights for leadership decision-making and drive continuous improvement, standardization, and automation within Capex processes.

Act as a key business partner, offering critical thinking and constructive challenge on investment decisions. Prepare and present status updates and project proposals to the CapEx Steering Committee, comprising top executive leadership. Analyze capital expenditure request forms, validating data completeness from operations and local finance teams.

We are seeking a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 6-10 years of relevant experience, particularly in Capex controlling, manufacturing finance, FP&A, and Treasury collaboration. A proven track record in the manufacturing sector and strong hands-on expertise in SAP FICO are essential.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills are required. Proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis, complex formulas, dashboards, and automation is a must. The ability to gather, analyze, and present data effectively to senior stakeholders is crucial.

Preferred attributes include experience in Capex/Fixed Assets accounting within manufacturing, exposure to complex global environments, and a strong orientation towards process improvement.
