Join EY's Finance Accounting Advisory Services (FAAS) team and contribute to transformative projects focused on Controllership. As part of a global network, you will help clients optimize their finance functions, particularly in the Record to Report (R2R) area, driving efficiency and high performance. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape client relationships and develop innovative solutions.

Leverage your expertise in accounting and finance processes to design and implement strategic improvements. You will collaborate with diverse teams, utilizing frameworks and methodologies to articulate proposals and deliver impactful outcomes for clients worldwide.

Drive transformation in Record to Report (R2R) areas, focusing on process optimization rather than technology implementation. Utilize deep techno-functional knowledge of leading ERPs (SAP, Oracle Fusion) and their integration capabilities.

Provide subject matter expertise and lead delivery teams in R2R transformation initiatives covering revenue recognition, accruals, intercompany reconciliation, manual journal entries, asset accounting, chart of accounts, account reconciliation, sub-ledger accounting, consolidation, financial statement preparation, and cost accounting.

Develop and lead client-specific solutions, contributing to proposal building and business development efforts. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure project success and lead internal capability development through training and coaching.

A strong foundation in Record to Report (R2R), Invoice to Pay (I2P), and Order to Cash (O2C) processes is essential. Expertise in ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA FI/CO/COPA, SAP Central Finance, Oracle Fusion Finance, or Oracle Netsuite is required.

Proficiency in digital finance solutions like Blackline, Trintech, High Radius, and RPA is a significant advantage. Knowledge of AI/ML/Gen-AI and analytics solutions within the finance domain, particularly for R2R, is highly valued.

Possess strong business development, solution conceptualization, project management, and team leadership skills. Excellent written and oral communication abilities are crucial for collaborating with diverse teams across multiple geographies. Experience in current and future state analysis, process optimization, data analytics, and data management is expected.
