Join our Finance Operations team as a Processing Specialist, playing a crucial role in managing global network spend. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to financial planning, cost optimization, and operational efficiency within a dynamic telecommunications environment. You will support key financial processes and gain valuable experience in managing complex network budgets and recharges.

Your core responsibilities will include assisting with global network spend budget preparation, forecasting, and baseline analysis. You will analyze cost optimization efforts resulting from contract negotiations and support business efficiency targets and documentation. Key tasks involve tracking timesheets, managing project to BAU recoveries, and assisting with cross-border and other recharges.

Further duties include supporting the end-to-end accrual process, flagging financial risks by tracking actuals against budgets, and performing overrun/underrun analysis. A critical aspect of this role is tracking actuals at the invoice level, mapping ledger impacts to invoices for all markets, and tagging them to relevant Purchase Orders and Contract workspace IDs. You will be instrumental in ensuring efficient run-rate management for networks (NSA), preventing budget overruns or underruns.

Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of financial operations, particularly in the telecommunications sector. Experience with invoicing processes and a good knowledge of commercials and contract terms within the networks space are highly valued. A solid foundation in Telco and Networking know-how is mandatory. The ability to comprehend network topology in conjunction with financial skills is a significant advantage for this role.
