Join our Contract Management team, a crucial link between technical, supply chain, tax, finance, and legal departments. We ensure the smooth operation of network infrastructure contracts.

Our team's core responsibilities span evaluating significant risk assessments, including business continuity plans and geographical outage risks. We also manage tax implications and work closely with strategic sourcing, procurement, tax, and legal teams to maintain and renew network contracts.

Key duties involve performing comprehensive risk assessments, such as BCP-Plan and natural disaster impact analysis. You will collaborate with SCM for RFx and PO management, and liaise with Tax and Legal departments.

Responsibilities extend to the proactive maintenance and renewal of network contracts, alongside diligent supplier/vendor performance monitoring. This role requires managing after-purchase contract aspects like services, maintenance, and SLAs, ensuring continuous network service availability.

Ideal candidates will possess experience with network products like LAN, WAN, routers, and circuits, along with exposure to telecommunication suppliers such as Bharti Airtel, Tata Telecommunication, Juniper Network, Ericsson, Nokia, and Reliance.

Proficiency in networking technologies including ISDN, VPN, MPLS, IP, VoIP, PBX, and PSTN is essential. Familiarity with products like Cisco routers and switches, and managing contracts related to services, maintenance, and SLAs is also required. Experience in network risk assessment follow-ups with internal departments is a must.
