Seeking a skilled Senior Analyst for F&A Operations, specializing in Master Data Management (MDM) and fluent in Japanese. This role involves comprehensive management of master data.

The position requires a candidate with strong Japanese language abilities (reading, writing, speaking) and proven expertise in MDM. You will be instrumental in the entire lifecycle of MDM masters, from creation and modification to updating, activation, deactivation, and deletion.

Key responsibilities include processing MDM requests from various sources, creating and amending master data within tools such as SAP-Ariba MDM, Oracle12-MDM, and Coupa-MDM. You will ensure all requests are validated against SOP guidelines and processed efficiently.

This role also involves onboarding customers and suppliers/vendors, including following up for necessary documentation like W9 forms and vendor profile forms, followed by vendor code creation, updates, and maintenance. Effective communication with callers, requestors, and suppliers is essential for this position.

Ideal candidates will possess practical experience with MDM tools including SAP-Ariba, Oracle, and Coupa. You should be adept at handling complex requirements and driving the MDM process forward.

Further requirements include demonstrable experience interacting with vendors, requestors, and customers. The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, work effectively under tight deadlines, and prioritize tasks is crucial. Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, are mandatory. A solid understanding of MDM masters is also required.
