- Execute weekly payment runs and ensure timely disbursement to clients. - Maintain and update the exchange rate file. - Support the cash forecasting process and contribute to the global cash management strategy. - Evaluate new banking products and services to optimize financial operations. - Ensure accurate maintenance of bank account information, balances, and Treasury systems data. - Prepare the monthly transaction revenue file and associated reports.

- Proven experience in Finance and Accounting operations, with a strong emphasis on payments and accounts payable. - Demonstrated ability to apply business rules to diverse situations and make informed decisions using mathematical calculations. - Proficiency in using Windows PC applications, including navigating screens and utilizing internet search engines. - Daily usage of Microsoft Office Suite applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word is essential. - Must be able to work regular scheduled US shifts. - A minimum of 1-3 years of relevant experience is required.
