Lead engagement teams in developing and executing cash strategies and process optimization programs. Assess client readiness across people, resources, planning, and data, identifying high-risk areas and opportunities for improvement. Foster relationships with global EY offices, ensuring high user satisfaction with engagement processes and work products. Develop expertise in AP, AR, inventory optimization, and comprehensive working capital analytics. Drive qualitative research and presentations, leveraging tools like Copilot. Mentor junior team members and manage stakeholder relationships to achieve strong engagement metrics.

A Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related field from a premier institute is required, coupled with 9-12 years of relevant industry, analytics, or consulting experience. A proven track record of delivering performance improvement projects (minimum 4-6 years) in supply chain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement, or sales/accounts receivable, demonstrating tangible results like cost reduction and increased cash flow, is essential. You should possess expertise in inventory management, credit and receivables, and payables optimization, alongside strong process transformation experience. Experience working with global stakeholders and interacting with senior client management is also necessary.
