We are looking for Associate Managers with expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory optimization, and/or supply chain management. Ideal candidates possess 6-9 years of experience in operational improvements, a strategic, transformation-oriented mindset, and a proven ability to analyze market trends, strategize from a client's perspective, and align with client objectives for long-term enablement. Experience in sectors like Life Sciences and Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing/Industrials, Technology, Consumer Products, or Retail is highly valued. This role requires an end-to-end and transformational approach throughout client engagements.

As a key contributor to our performance improvement and strategic growth initiatives, you will leverage advanced skills in operational and financial data modeling to deliver strategic insights to clients and internal stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include leading engagement teams in executing working capital optimization opportunities, supporting strategy and process optimization programs, and managing cash positioning. You will develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, analyze transactional and financial data alongside market trends to identify opportunities, and present findings to clients. This role also involves contributing to proposal development, client presentations, continuous learning, and supporting the firm's thought leadership initiatives. You will also mentor junior analysts, demonstrate excellent project execution skills, build relationships with global EY offices, and ensure high user satisfaction with engagement processes.

To excel in this role, you must possess expertise in inventory management, including turnover analysis and demand forecasting, as well as credit and receivables management, focusing on optimizing the Quote-to-Cash process to minimize Days Sales Outstanding (DSO). Proficiency in payables and disbursements management, optimizing the Procure-to-Pay cycle to maximize Days Payables Outstanding (DPO), is essential. A strong background in supply chain management across its key pillars (Plan, Make, Source, Deliver) is beneficial. You should have significant data analytics experience with large datasets, developing segmentation and opportunity models, utilizing tools such as Power BI, Alteryx/SQL, and MS Office. Experience with Python/R, VBA, Snowflake/Databricks is advantageous. Proven experience working with global stakeholders and interacting with senior client management is required. Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation, people management, and interpersonal skills are critical. A willingness to travel internationally for business is also necessary. A Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a premier institution, combined with 6-9 years of relevant industry/analytics/consulting experience, is mandatory. A track record of delivering performance improvement projects with tangible results in areas like supply chain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement, or sales/accounts receivable is essential.
