This role involves strategic analysis of market trends and client objectives, with a transformational approach to engagements. You will leverage advanced skills in operational and financial data modeling to provide strategic insights that contribute to performance improvement and growth initiatives.

Support end-to-end WCAS engagements, developing and executing working capital optimization strategies. Analyze historical data and market trends to quantify opportunities and benefits accurately. Collaborate with client teams and GDS leads to customize models. Present solutions and findings to clients, clearly articulating methodologies and business implications. Contribute to new business development by assisting with proposals and client presentations.

Foster continuous learning in working capital and cash management best practices. Maintain high ethical and professional standards. Mentor junior analysts in analytical skills and methodologies. Utilize Power BI, Alteryx, PowerPoint, and advanced MS Excel for data analysis, with a working knowledge of AI assistants like Copilot for business development automation.

We are looking for Assistant Managers with 4-7 years of experience in operational improvements, possessing a strategic and transformation-oriented mindset. Expertise in Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), inventory optimization, and/or supply chain management is essential. Experience in key sectors such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Advanced Manufacturing, Industrials, Technology, Consumer Products, or Retail is advantageous.

To qualify, you must hold a Post Graduate degree in business, accounting, finance, engineering, computer science, or a related field from a premier institute. A proven track record of delivering performance improvement projects in supply chain/inventory optimization, sourcing/procurement, or sales/accounts receivable is required. Experience with global stakeholders, strong problem-solving abilities, and a willingness to travel internationally are key attributes for success.
