Our Corporate Finance practice encompasses business valuation, financial modeling, capital equipment assessment, and complex securities analysis. This Manager position is ideal for those seeking to excel in business valuations within a prominent firm.

Lead financial and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory needs. Gain expertise in valuing holding companies, joint ventures, and intercompany interests. Engage in valuations for management planning, M&A, financial reporting, tax compliance, restructuring, and corporate strategy under various ASC guidelines.

Develop detailed financial models and craft insightful reports. Utilize advanced technology to enhance service delivery and stay informed on market trends. Foster strong professional relationships globally, and mentor junior staff to foster their growth and development.

A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business is required, coupled with 9-11 years of relevant professional experience. A strong foundation of 5-6 years in business valuations, including M&A, restructuring, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting, is essential.

Demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and teaming skills, along with strong analytical and project management capabilities. Proficiency in financial modeling, including building models from scratch, is highly valued. Familiarity with financial engineering or statistical software packages, alongside MS Excel/VBA, Word, and PowerPoint, is expected.
