Lead financial and tax reporting valuations for corporate reorganizations, spin-offs, and statutory/regulatory reporting. Gain experience in valuing holding companies, joint ventures, and intercompany interests. Engage in valuations for management planning, M&A, financial reporting, tax, regulatory compliance, restructuring, and corporate strategy, adhering to relevant accounting standards (ASC 350, 718, 820, 946, 480, 805). Develop expertise in secondary research, report writing, and detailed financial modelling. Utilize advanced technology to enhance service delivery and stay updated on business and economic trends. Foster strong relationships with global EY offices and mentor staff and senior professionals.

A postgraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting (CA), or Business is required, coupled with 9-11 years of relevant work experience. Possess 5-6 years of robust experience in Business Valuations, encompassing M&A, restructuring, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. This role involves collaborating with global EY offices to deliver complex valuation projects. Ideal candidates will have achieved or be significantly progressing towards certifications such as CFA, ASA, or CPA. Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills are highly valued.
